Was redirected to this office after making an appt at Highland originally, so not my choice. Went to 3 different rooms before my actual room was ready it took over 40 minutes to be seen. Very unorganized, hard to find the actual location, no outdoor signage on where to enter, just not a place I could trust or feel comfortable in. When I was told to make another appt in one week, they didn't have any available that would work between my work and kids schedule, but they insisted on scheduling the following week on a day I told them I wouldn't be available. The doctor said she would call Highland to squeeze me in on that Friday, yeah, didn't happen. Overall not a place I would recommend.

I was skeptical based on the negative reviews . Every single nurses to Dr. Flagg have been absolutely amazing and caring . I was so nervous, but I felt so at ease and welcomed. I’m so glad I can finally call a place my primary care. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, just be kind and kindness rewards you back.

Leaving this review on behalf of my boyfriend. He waited weeks to get surgery because no one else in the office could mark his referral as 'urgent', so he had to wait until Dr. Johnson was back from vacation. In the meantime, his condition continued to worsen by the day. During one appointment with Dr. Johnson, she took a call and recited the patient's confidential information (name, ssn, address) in front of my bf after she forgot to send in a woman's prescription. Her excuse was "I normally wouldn't do that but you seem trustworthy." If you have any other options, my suggestion would be to avoid this place. In my opinion, they know that their patients don't have other options so they provide any type of treatment.
