The installation of a window was done well. It work very well. The dust maybe could have been more controlled as this was in the main bedroom. Tenants had to clean up a lot. But they are very pleased with the new window. Thank youService: General construction

Update 8/24/2023: Stucco patch job on exterior to finish off [another firm's] rebuilt foundation work. Also, new steel strikeplate installed on back door for security purposes. Thx & great work, Jacob!Update 8/03/2023: WH was flushed twice. When EBMUD flushes the main line, it loosens sediment which can flow into homeowner pipes. Our gas WH had slimy black sediment floating around in it. We are very happy to have found a reliable service to take care of the many small jobs we can't handle any longer! We've been using Ace (formerly Handyman Services/Oakland) for several years and have been very pleased with their work. Even better, they've been generous with their advice and in giving us alternatives to choose from. This latest was a list of numerous small jobs which AHS took care of for us! Had a couple of door locks re-aligned, an electrical switchplate changed, a leaky toilet flapper and seat replaced, plus a new door handle.
