We moved into one of their rentals sept 2023.. they made the transition into their rental super easy.. when it comes to problems around the house they have the handyman/pest control guy/ etc. Call me directly to set up an appointment for when I'm home and at their earliest convenience.. when it's comes to rent I love the application they use that I can have downloaded to my phone..when it comes to communicating with the office I love that I can call or email. No issues so far with Summit Real Estate
I've been a tenant for over 12 years. In the last year since Summit took over. I've been very happy with the friendly staff and the response time for any issues I've had.
Property management is no joke and inrespetct the way these ladies work so hard to manage all everything that is involved.
At first things started a little bit rocky, but I think they got rid of a few people and moved some around. As of now, I have been thoroughly impressed with how well they have done with the management of our apartment complex. Amy has gone above and beyond, whether it be her job or not, she’s been on top of it all with great communication.
