I absolutely LOVE the aerial acro classes for adults (it brings out the kid in me!) - I am gaining confidence in my body as well as super upper and lower body strength and mobility. Katelyn is such a knowledgable, supportive, and patient instructor! I can't imagine NOT having these classes in my life now!

This place is amazing!!!! I love the Ariel yoga class. The studio is gorgeous and instructors are very knowledgeable and make you feel welcomed no matter what experience level you are. Oakdale is so lucky to have a place like this. You must try…you won’t regret it!
