Thanks to Pioneer and Dr. VALERIO, who came out for us asap to help our horse In need. Within hours Snowy horse seems better. We've been working with Pioneer for some time now and have been quite pleased with the help Snowy has received
They were wonderful with my donkey, Tonx. She ended up having an inoperable tumor in her sinus and soft palate and we made the very difficult decision to euthanize her. They were kind and compassionate every step of the way and for that I will be forever grateful
They'll save your horse. No if ands or buts about it. Long story short, I ended up with a sickly Mare. We rushed in as soon as possible, ended up being around 10pm arrival. We chose not to admit her, instead to wait for test results at home while continuing antibiotic treatment. We were back 4 days later with the same symptoms x100. Admission was our only option at this point. Poor girl was there 20 something days, but in that time they provided my girl the best care. I'll give them 5 stars just because of the communication they have with the patients, called with updates every single day along with break down in pricing of each day if asked for!
