I was gifted a spa treatment for my birthday this year. It was nice and relaxing. I late found out I didnt get everything in the spa treatment including the microdermabrasion (this uses a special machine) and a back sugar polish. Bummer because i was looking forward to the microdermabrasion but at least it was relaxing. This did take away from the "deal" my husband got so if you add it up he paid full price.

My girlfriend and I did a couples message it was wonderful she took her time and made us feel like VIP's definitely going to do that again!

So disappointed with this day spa. I purchased a groupon for a massage and microdermabrasion facial. The facial did not include microdermabrasion. The nice lady that performed the massage and facial was not a licensed esthetician. In fact, she performed the entire facial in the same dark room she did my massage. She never looked at my skin with the light on or under a magnifier,no steam, and essentially rubbed some cleanser and lotion on my face. When she said the service was complete I was mind boggled. I asked her about the microdermabrasion and she winced and said yes...there have been multiple complaints about that. She said it does seem misleading in her opinion.... read full review
