We brought our dog here after he wasn't getting better from previous vet care from another clinic. Since we travel for work we've seen different vets around the country, by far this is the BEST clinic. The love and care for our dogs has been amazing. We will miss this place as we continue our work travels.
Dr. Ned and all of the vets at Oakdale Veterinary Group are excellent and I have 100% confidence that my pup was in the best hands and they truly care! My 8.5 year old female Shepard-mix had TPLO surgery and is now completely healed and back to being herself! I cannot thank them enough! I was given an incorrect diagnosis of my pup’s condition as a neurological disease from a local vet but she just had a torn ACL. I made the drive from the Bay Area to Oakdale for the surgery, and for all of the follow up care which was all included in the cost of the surgery which is unheard of with Bay Area vets and worth the drive!!! Exceptional place. Shay, the surgical coordinator, is someone I can 100% say is dedicated to her job. She was able to fit us in for a medical emergency but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to choose to humanely put my boy to sleep. But OVG (especially Shay and Dr. Ned) were so kind to us. They gave us time with our dog before and after and explained everything to us realistically and with kindness. They didn’t further traumatize us by treating us like just another client, but treated us with respect when we had to go through something awful. Their care went way above my expectations and I will definitely return in the future.
