“Casino heating and air-conditioning is absolutely the best! After our AC broke down during a massive heat spell, I got the runaround from a whole list of manufacturer-authorized repair people. None of them would honor the warranty that was in place. So I called Casino. Even though they couldn't cover the warranty because they don't handle that specific manufacturer, the price was unbelievably fair and he was able to come out the same day! Dan, the owner, was honest, professional, and had our AC working within 10 minutes! They don't get any better than Casino!“

I got a great deal on a secondhand Samsung French door fridge which incidentally is the best refrigerator/freezer I've ever had handsdown, but then it seemed the icemaker was only producing 6-8 icecubes per day at the height of summer! So they sent their guy out in a timely manner, he evaluated everything and told me there was a good chance a replacement icemaker might work so I agreed, it was ordered and he installed it 3-4 days later and VOILA! “Dave saved me from the HEAT WAVE! How many of you put up with 'just making due with what you've got'? I was having some icing problems with my AC. I let it go for 6 weeks of this very hot summer, using ceiling fans and some small portable ones to try and keep from melting, before I finally saw sense and gave Dave a call. He was prompt, kind, and effective. Turns out, he'd never seen a coil so badly clogged with mostly pet hair. You see, although I intended to change my filters every two months, and had a case of filters in the garage, I never scheduled it, consequently it was a year that had gone by without a single filter change. I learned a lesson about worthiness that day, realizing that I was putting up with a broken down AC and feeling like it was okay, I could get by. Dave helped me not only by restoring my AC to perfect condition, but he also uncovered a self-sabotaging behavior that by raising my awareness, allowed me to let some of that crap go. Because of your due diligence, I now have the thermostat set at 69 degrees, which is 7 degrees cooler, and my bedroom temperature is perfect! This should help lower my DWP charges as well.
