I realized I needed to have my wedding veil pressed just a couple days before my wedding, they were able to help me while I was in a state of panic. I was in a desperate situation, as everyone else was not able to help me on the same day, so I was willing to pay however much it cost, but they even wanted to give me a discount for being a bride which I refused, but was so thoughtful of them. I don’t dry clean ever, but if I ever do, I’m definitely coming back. Great service! After I dropped my dress off, they texted me the same day to provide photos of any pre-damaged holes / tears. I had a long train and our ceremony was outdoors, so it was expected. Once my dress was ready, they notified me it was ready. Once I arrived for pick up, they had my dress hanging and I did a full inspection and it was just like new! My dress was very dirty and it looked in great condition.
