Casino heating and air-conditioning is absolutely the best! After our AC broke down during a massive heat spell, I got the runaround from a whole list of manufacturer-authorized repair people. None of them would honor the warranty that was in place. So I called Casino. Even though they couldn't cover the warranty because they don't handle that specific manufacturer, the price was unbelievably fair and he was able to come out the same day! Dan, the owner, was honest, professional, and had our AC working within 10 minutes! They don't get any better than Casino!
I would like to tell you about Don Casino at Casino Air. I called him and he was on time for my appointment and diagnosed my heater problem quickly. As I needed a new heater unit, Don recommended a quality replacement that is working Great ! Excellent warranty too. Don himself and his experienced technicians installed the brand new heater in my house. I'm very happy with his work as well as prices. I would highly recommend calling him, He helped me and my family. I would definitely recommend if you need a heating or air conditioning replacement or service, please give him a call !! Dale F.
I used Casino Heating & Air Conditioning for the first time last April to service our combo unit. I wanted to get the a/c ready for the summer season. Don Casino was on time, if not early, to the appointment. He was a good communicator and he immediately earned my trust. His associate was equally friendly and trustworthy. They got our unit cleaned out and ready to use the a/c. I have some ductless heating and a/c units that he cleaned and prepped as well. I called him out a second time recently when I had a problem with my heater going out. He and his associate came out, again on time, and troubleshooted the issue. It ended up being a factory defect in the ductwork that was installed a year ago. Don Casino suggested I go back to the subcontractor who installed it because of the warranty. With the diagnostic I had from Casino Heat & Air, I was able to communicate to the contractor what needed to be done and it effectively was replaced. I will call Casino Heat & Air from here on out.
