Richard Osorio and team installed a brand new furnace and central air in 2021. This is the first time to tune up both. Talked to Art on the phone. Very professional and gave me a quote to do both. Very reasonable. Sergio came out at 2pm as promised and started immediately. Sergio is very personable yet knowledgeable. Gave me all the pertinent information I needed. We talked about other things in the house and never was he in a rush to leave. These guys are the best!
We have been customers of Osorio Heating and Air for several years and can't imagine ever using any other company. The technicians are super skilled and knowledgeable and explain options clearly. Plus, they are really nice! In addition to servicing our heater and A/C for years, Osorio installed our new heat pump last summer when our old gas-powered A/C failed. They did a fantastic job in all steps. We highly recommend this company.
There are so many heating/air conditioning companies. But none compare in quality of service, timeliness, knowledge and honesty than Richard Osorio Heating. Each owner/employee has impressive customer service sk ills. I have referred them to my friends. And will continue to do so.
