I am not a happy patient. I rarely go into see the doctor and I feel that every time I speak to Dr. Marlow his response is condescending and arrogant. It seems like he is on a huge power trip and has forgotten who the customer is. I am not sure why he is a doctor, it seems he does not like people much. I am on to a new primary care doctor. This time I checked the responses on Yelp and her patients really like her. I am looking forward to this new doctor and better care.

I like Dr Marlowe he seems concerned and thorough. He also reads people well, he knows when I am concerned and during those times he seems to be working hard to do what is necessary to ensure that he can determine the problem, if any. He also walks me through why he is doing each test and procedure. He has never ignored my input rather he listens, assesses and provides feedback. I really think he is great, feels like one of the better doctors I have had. I would recommend him.

I have not had a good experience with this dr. or his office. The office is unresponsive to my calls and my needs. They take forever to authorize a refill when it is needed and they don't communicate with the patient when they expect the patient to come in to get a new prescription. VERY FRUSTRATING Also the dr has taken issues I have had in the past, or anecdotal issues (no diagnosis) and STATED that that is HIS diagnosis. I had anxiety years ago, I don't now (as an example) - he shouldn't state that it is a current diagnosis because it isn't. I will be looking for a dr. that really listens and just doesn't type in his computer.
