We used Poolcraft to install solar heating for our pool last spring. Marcus came and gave us a very reasonable proposal and a few weeks later was able to install the system within a 2 day period. A few days later, a leak developed and, within the hour, Marcus was onsite. The leak was due to an older pipe in my pool system (not part of the solar installation). Marcus was able to fix it quickly and our solar was up and running. The new system was a game changer, extending our pool season by months! Installation was clean and flawless, with my pool reaching temperatures easily into the high 80's. The customer service was excellent, with Marcus visiting the house to shut down the system in the fall. I highly recommend this company.

The service itself has been reliable and my regular pool cleaner is friendly. However, they are impossible to reach, never respond to messages (email or voice) and charge me for things I never ordered.

I have been using Marcus at Pool Craft and He saved the day again! My house is in escrow and buyers had a roof inspection done yesterday and there was a small leak at one of my solar panels. I reached out to Marcus this morning and he is going to come by and fix it today! Also about a month ago my pool had lots of bubbles coming out of the Jets and he sent somebody out the same day to clean my filter and it's running perfectly now! This day and age it's hard to find customer service like this! Marcus At Poolcraft rocks
