“I've been looking for a new Chiropractor since mine left Marin, and Yelp reviews helped me find this office. Dr. Eckhardt and his staff are very warm and inviting. The office is immaculate, and they practice Covid safety protocols, which helped me feel very comfortable. The adjustment I had was incredibly gentle and helped immediately. I'll go back once a week for a few weeks, and we will reevaluate after those treatments.“

“Jackie is amazing! I have had the privilege of being her patient multiple times, and am so thankful for her guidance in rehabilitating a wrist and elbow fracture simultaneously, (another) elbow fracture a year later, and decreased mobility in my shoulder from years of bad posture and subpar swim technique. Jackie is very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. She explains exercises clearly, and made sure I had the correct form before sending me on my way. Depending on where I was in the healing process, my therapy sessions comprised strengthening, stretching, and manual therapy modalities. Renew therapists see only one patient at a time, which I felt maximized each session and ensured I maintained proper form on each exercise. On occasion I have seen the other therapists, and they are all great! As an athlete, it's a scary place to be when you break a bone that's core to your sport. Jackie's reassurance and encouragement were key to my staying motivated, especially early on in the healing process--and we celebrated little milestones, like being able to curl a one-pound dumbbell or push myself up from a prone position. A happy outcome: Just one year after breaking my wrist and elbow I qualified for the Masters Nationals swim meet, and even swam a lifetime best! The Renew Novato front desk staff is awesome--professional, competent, kind. They remember your name and always warmly greet you. Scheduling appointments was easy via phone or email, and they will add you to a wait list if your preferred day/time isn't available. A shoutout to Angelica, Madison, and Amber for making scheduling and figuring out insurance simple! I moved away and am sad to have finished PT, but Jackie sent me off with a great plan for continuing to strengthen my arm and keep my shoulder mobile. Seven months after my second elbow fracture, I am swimming 2+ miles 4-5x/week and practicing yoga 3x/a week with no pain or limitations. I am very grateful I found Renew PT!“
“I have used their hand therapy and hip therapy and am extremely happy with the staff that I have worked with. They are professional, friendly and do try to get you to the results you are looking for. I highly recommend them!“
“On my first visit to Dr. Paul's office, I talked about my ongoing pain and numbness on my whole left side. I had symptoms going on since 2016. On my first reflex test with Dr. Paul, I could feel how different the muscle/nerve response was compared to my right side. I had lost 90% of my grip on my left hand, barely felt my left leg, and had unbearable pain for someone my age (27). I found Dr. Paul through a referral and I am amazed by what I could accomplish thus far. He recommended a corrective care program that would cover 90 days (3 times per week) with a reasonable discount which really helped me since I needed more visits because of my situation. This program included re-exams, re-X-rays, and home care routine exercises with some home kits provided by his clinic. I learned with Dr. Paul that soft tissue and nerves heal slowly, therefore patience is necessary to see results. So as you can see in the images attached, during these 3 months I've made real progress, drinking more water, stretching, and going to my therapy with Dr. Paul. I've let these symptoms take over for so long that my body is slowly recovering only now and I will continue regular care with Dr. Paul until my frequency is reduced to once a month. The tipping point was when the pain started spreading to my right upper back and going to reach my right arm, and I am right-handed. My symptoms were these: Numbness and heaviness on the left arm and leg, head, left buttock, and testicle, difficulty breathing, sleeping and exercising or working, zero motivation to complete tasks, 24h stabbing pain in my back near the spine, burning on my hands and dropping objects, unable to hold objects for over 30 seconds on my left hand, neck pain, heaviness on chest and pain chewing food on my left side.Dr. Paul also explained that shifts in our spine, incorrect posture, and degeneration of disks, cut down the communication (flow of energy) with the organs, slowly causing disease and failure. I still have a lot of work to do and I'm glad it wasn't too late for me.I'd also like to remind you that it's still important to get extra exams done and really get to the bottom of what you're feeling. What I can say is that chiropractic help was fundamental for my symptoms to start going away and finally be able to return activities to moderate levels. I bartend and wait tables, so I am always on the move, getting those regular adjustments also make a huge difference.Today, I feel like I went from 0% to at least 80% in general in these 3 months and I am feeling a lot better, and walking straight, which also makes me feel taller and people definitely notice my new level of confidence by the way I carry myself.Needless to say, I renewed care with Dr. Paul for another shorter-term plan after the corrective care, which will allow me to reduce visits little by little as I'm recovering.“
