I stopped by on a Monday afternoon to drop off a few items for dry cleaning. The doors were wide open and just felt very welcoming. Upon walking in, the door makes a little ring noise and someone immediately comes out to great you. The lady was very friendly and she apologized for the clutter because she had a box right on the desk in the front but it didn't matter much to me. She asked for a phone number, rang me up and I was in and out within a couple minutes. I dropped off a suit and a dress shirt this time specifically. Such an amazing experience!! I had run into a situation with another company and was told my cleaning would be done on Wed. Wed I went to pick up my clothing and they were still hanging on the rack. PETALUMA FRENCH CLEANERS SAVED ME!! Not only did they do an amazing on the spot dry-cleaning but they wished me luck on my interview and had me out of there within 10 minutes! I HIGHLY recommend this place and would send all my friends and family. They have earned my business for many years to come!

Such a great service !I brought a black dress with beading to have clean and have a couple spots remove and the ladies at the place did an amazing job !!! Looked like brand new dress Very pleasant customer service I will definitely give them more business and highly recommend them .
