The Mr. Rooter coordinator, Nikki, was responsive and on the ball. The plumber, Jason, was extremely pleasant, informative, clean and got the job done efficiently. Very pleased with the service.

Jason was so pleasant and knowledgable. Will be coming back for further plumbing needs... to install new toilet and replace/repair shower valve handles. I would highly recommend him to anyone.Services: Plumbing pipe repair

Usually get a plumber right away, but had an issue that has been recurring with building 5 on 5/18 and the usual technician was injured so we had to wait almost 24 hours and there was sewage overflowing.
