Please do not use these auditors. I have processed audits for the last 3 years and also worked for an Insurance Agency (passed State Exam in 2017) (exposed to the back end of audits). The 1st rep Charlie Galize did a disappearing act for 5 months without explanation. During his questioning, he repeatedly asked the same questions in different ways as if trying to catch me in a lie. He also repeatedly stated that this should wrap things up, Then would when submitting the info he requested only to come back with one ask for additional info (This went on for 2 months -1 prior to his disappearing act and 1 month after his unexplained return)Both he and Shirlene Spaulding have...read full review
