If you have a lot of hair and have been having trouble finding someone in the bay area to properly texturize your hair, I recommend giving Tony a shot. I randomly dropped by here after 2 years of searching and finally found someone who can handle my thick, fine hair. He knows how to properly use thinning shears to take the weight out without leaving awkward layers. I will be coming to him for my cuts from now on. I'm really glad I gave him a chance.
Very pushy owner. I’ve been in a few times to buy product and he always tries to sell me on other products on top of what I’m buying or wants me to let him cut/color my hair. You would think he would remember my face and not do the same line over and over but he doesn’t. Doesn’t follow his posted hours either. Don’t recommend.
As other reviews have said, the new owners are extremely pushy. I told the owner I didn't need gloves, he put them in my basket anyway (I removed them). He then gave me 6 packets of color remover - I only needed two. I told him to remove the extra packets. And, no refunds or exchanges. Everything is final sale. He said this to me as he was running my credit card. They were friendly and did as I asked, but just insanely pushy - not a good way to run a business. I won't ever go back.
