Excellent experience with Keaton's for my mother's service and burial. Kate Finucane showed attention to detail and was kind, yet professional. She made life easier during a very difficult time and my family and I are grateful for her (& Keaton's) excellent service.

It may seem strange to write a review for a funeral home/mortuary but when my dear mother-in-law passed unexpectedly and we really had no idea what steps to take, they helped us every single step of the way. It is so hard to make decisions that need to be made when you are in the fog of grief, but Kate at Keatons did a fabulous job of helping us make decisions, letting us know what steps should be taken next and supporting us in our time of need. They helped us plan a nice ceremony to honor my mother-in-law.

The funeral director, Jordana Hall, was both professional and caring. When I arrived without an appointment, she adjusted her schedule to accommodate my needs. She listened, understood, and quickly proceeded with the arrangements I could afford and desired.
