I'm fairly new in town, and I emailed Le Cut hoping to schedule an appointment, stating that I would prefer evenings or weekends. Jill responded later that same day, saying that only one person works Saturdays, and she just "does her regulars. Most of us don't work much after five except for our regulars. Thank you so much for reaching out to us." I thought it was odd that she didn't offer any daytime appointments. I replied asking if any hair stylists are available on a weekday during working hours, but I did not receive any response. So I presume this means that they are fully booked and are not taking new clients at this time. A response confirming this would have been helpful. So I guess don't bother contacting Le Cut unless you are already a lucky "regular!"

I had the pleasure of meeting the ever-so-friendly Sharon today for the first time and I can say with confidence that she will be my hairdresser from now on. I've been searching for years (yes, years!) for someone who can tackle my VERY thick head of hair. I haven't left a salon feeling this happy with my hair in probably 8 years- with her level of skill and precision she could be charging so much more for her cuts. The salon itself has wonderful energy and is tucked inside a charming historic building in the middle of Novato's downtown area. Street parking is both easy and free! Thank you Sharon!

Michelle is amazing!! I can't say enough fabulous things here. She has taken my hair from drab and boring to fantastic in just a few visits. Now, I get compliments all the time. Thanks Michelle!!!
