Staff was friendly and courteous. They had better equipment for the eye exam when I compare my experience at Kaiser. Great selection of glasses with add-on. Would recommend to friends and family.
The optometrist was wonderful, kind and patient. She did a thorough exam and wrote a prescription. I will for sure use her again for my next exam. However, I had no luck getting help filling my prescription from her staff. I didn’t have time immediately after the appt but asked the gal to check my benefit coverage as she said it should be covered. She never called, nor returned a follow up call. I called again just now to have them send the prescription and told the woman who answered I still hasn’t heard back but she didn’t offer any help either so I will buy my glasses elsewhere.
