I just became a member at the Body Kinetics and I love it.The people at the front desk are very friendly and nice.The instructors are also nice and knowledgeable.The gym has a lot of useful exercise equipment.There are many classes included in the membership.I wish I had joined sooner.
I haven't been there for years but I belonged to this gym about 10 years ago. Lots of good people work out there, it's just the mask thing. Check out Sonoma Fitness, no masks
Body Kinetics is a wonderful gym, and the staff are very helpful. The lady's room is kept very sanitary and I have seen how clean Body Kinetics keeps the sauna very clean. I am excited to try TRX for the first time. I may try Daniels yoga class. I love Kelsey's reformer class because she is so good at modifying her exercises. I was having a hard time with one exercise, and she suggested that I try doing that same exercise a different way. She also said "There are many way's to accomplish the same goal." Don't push yourself I like Kelsey because most important of all she is a very good friend.
