Karen is absolutely the best! I've had a lot of massages at a lot of different places but none compare to Karen's. She gives great medical massages and can find exactly where you need work. It is such a great feeling every time I leave.

I found this studio through Yelp when I was looking for a yoga studio. Karen has a great easy going style of yoga that works well for me. Her yoga has a good difficulty level for Someone a little older and she knows how you should modify your yoga if you have injuries. She also has a great dance cardio class that is fun and is one of the best massage therapists I have been to ever.
