We just got the full service with BF . We had old galvanized piping with no hot water pressure . Super nice guys who came and installed brand new pex pipes throughout my whole house , water , toilet and bath . Brand new fixtures in kitchen , shower , new toilet install . I was always postponing such a big job but I’m so glad these guys did the job as everything’s brand new and working great , they turned the water off for only a small period so there was no disturbance to our house . Not only that I have brand new Puronics whole house filtration system that they installed and couldn’t be happier. I almost gave BF a much lower rating, when it was looking like our appointment had gotten mischeduled, leaving us to deal with a serious leak and failing water heater. To their credit, BF owned the mistake, fixed it, got the work done on time and very well (even when an unanticipated snag occurred. We'll done. We'll be calling them again.
