Sad excuse of a front desk receptionist that your facility has. I called today to get information on my son and your representative Michelle is the rudest person that I have came across with no knowledge to privacy. I share 50-50 custody of my son. I called to get information about his doctors appointment last week. I emailed our court custody papers in 2019 and the receptionist at that time confirmed They were on record. Today Michelle refused to give me any information about my child telling me I can go talk to his dad. Not only is she being rude and disrespectful She's refusing to give me any information about my child. I explain to her I am an office manager myself and I know what my rights are. I would appreciate if your Business manager contacted me directly. No one sharing 50-50 custody should have to go through this!

Dr. Grubbs is a great Dr. And was very helpful as well as his staff I was seen right away with my appointment even though Dr was a bit late. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.. To be honest idk how can people be so rude to someone that is trying to help them. I wouldn't put up with some of the rude sick people that come in and expect not to wait and demand to be seen right away.. I felt sorry for the poor receptionist she is always helpful with my kids and other people can be so rude. But overall they are always so helpful. Definitely recommend and they do walk ins.

Would of put negative stars. The worst service every. From the receptionist to the so called nurse that takes your vitals. My sons appointment was scheduled at 9am. We got to this place 5min before his appointment and there was already a line and no one was in the clinic. Talked to the reception about 30 min into our wait about our appointment time and she said that is was moved to 945. I told why I was not notified all she said to me was I don't know what to tell you and started talking to another patient. It's now 1030 and we are still waiting to see the Dr. mind you 2 random guys walk in and where seen right away because they new the people that work at the clinic. We came in to talk about lab work that was done when we could of talked to the Dr over the phone but no they make you come in and wait for ever just so they can charge the insurance for bad service we get. So unprofessional. Will not be coming back again. Do not come to this place. Ridiculous.
