“We brought our 2 year old here for overall wellness and consultation for his runny nose and cough (the constant battles moms have to face). I appreciate how kid friendly they are here. The herbal pediatrician and the receptionist are so kind and sweet. I found the consultation very insightful where she checked inside of his ears and nose. They offer wide range of herbal meds so it's really up to you on what you want to purchase. We decided to get the treatment that involves acupressure points, moxa & ear/nose/throat respiratory treatment for my son. We also bought the external medicine kit that includes nasal spray, nose ointment, and mouth spray + 5 days of herbal meds for his symptoms. I know that colds and flu are unavoidable, but we hope that treatments and herbal meds can relieve the symptoms~“

“This 5 star review is regarding the experience I had with Stephanie, a Patient Navigator in the Memorialcare Fountain Valley (Corporate?) Office. I had gone to urgent care and needed important follow-up, and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie answer my phone call and acting as the liason between the PA, MA, and myself. She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. “Love going to Athena Acupuncture. It's so relaxing. Maria is great. If you're afraid of needles, no need to worry, you can't feel them when she puts them on your body. She told me that she would help me to regain my voice and she did. She suggested I try cupping to help relieve my stress and also helps to relax your muscles, boy was she right it helps so much.“

“Dr. O Patel and her assist Daniel are very good professionals they listen to the patients concerns and have done an outstanding job on my left 2nd 3rd toes nails. The tech cut out the old nail growing out wrong due to severe trauma of both toe nails. Bith nails grew back, and the next visit, the tech trimmed n filed my toe nails. They also treated my athletes' feet and gave me some medicated cream for my feet. I was told how to correctly care for my feet, change socks daily, n wear shoes every 2 days for proper ventilation. They have bedside manners and are passionate about treating their patients. I rate them 5 stars.“

“Hand down, this location has the BEST doctors and staff!! Pros: Amazing staff and doctors. Super helpful, caring and genuinely kind people. They want to help you, which is so refreshing. Great bedside manner. They treat you like a human being. They take many different insurances. They do virtual visits. They make you feel welcomed. (Thank you!) I recommend to ALL my family and friends. Cons: You have to pay for parking after 20 minutes. It's not much ($3) it still kinda sucks that you have to pay... BUT I think it is still worth it for the care you receive.“

“I have been taking my 2 year old here since he was 2 months old! Services have never disappointed me! Super great pediatricians both the wife and husband! Anytime I've sensed something wrong in my son or had concerns/questions they have answered all and would refer me when necessary! Referrals always came quick, and were approved by insurance in 1-2 weeks . No complaints so far.“

“I've been bringing my boys Here for 6years now. I love how Doctor is so helpful with all my sons needs , she takes her time and makes sure to answer all my questions and my boys too. I have a 5 year old who has autism and Dr. Sultana as well as her staff are always so careful and caring with him. Tiffany is great my baby has a hard time with people but she always is so kind to him and always gets his injections done fast, it's always easy for me to call and and get my boys scheduled. I really appreciate Doctor Sultana and Tiffany for everything they do.“

“I have received unsurpassed care at this urgent care and PCP office. Doctors here truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to ensure they feel taken care of. I temporarily switched to UCI Health System thinking a teaching hospital would be better equipped to deal with some complicated health challenges, but UCI they left me with zero faith in the healthcare system. The doctors at this MemorialCare location are much more knowledgable in comparison and helped me big time before I was set to leave the country. Many thanks to Dr. Andrade, Nurse Monica G, Stephanie Pech, Dr. Thompson, and especially Dr. Nguyen for making navigating the health care process so much easier than anywhere I've ever been. I was previously having some scheduling issues with MemorialCare, but they have a new app that is extremely helpful to allow you to book with providers any time. I took my mom into San Martin de porres because she was feeling ill the doctor was able to see her same day without an appointment he listened to my mom illness and sent her to go get a injection and also gave her an authorization to see a stomach doctor, we were sent to Veronica for my mom’s authorization and she greeted us and we told her about stomach doctor needed and was so kind to help us right away. We waited for like 10 min and walked out of there with my mom feeling better and a stomach specialist authorization & Veronica even made our appt as well.
