I normally go here for my son. Today i called to try and make a appointment since i just got out the hospital from being admitted to ER for kidney infection and verge of sepsis. They did not want to make an appointment. I mentioned how i have not ssseen a dr in almost 10yrs and that technically medical has me assigned to a dr but again i havent seen one in almost 10yrs. I do not consider myself having one because of this. It is basically just a name on a file. I have no idea where the office is and told all this to receptionist. She advised me to call medical and wait until things were transferred and if i hurried then i wouldnt need to wait a month basically. This is infuriating because i almost died a week go and was only trying to listed to the ER dr and make an appointment to be seen. I figured why not by a place that is trust with my son whom has tourrettes. I am now considering changing his dr as well as a result of this. I am not one for drs so calling in the first place took a lot mentally and to just get brushed off instead of listened to or offered a courtesy visit i now probably will not go to the drs at all. It is just too much mentally and i dont plan to go to strangers whom i dont know nor will feel comfortable around.

I started going to this location about a 6+months ago. So far this location is clean and they validated your appointment on time unlike others in this area. I also go to the Whittier location if they don't have any appointments available in the Norwalk office. Both locations for me are a 5 stars with good service and no waiting the extra time to get called in.

I like this medical group, but they need to get rid of this machine operator on the phone. It just takes too long I will give it 5 stars but as long as they have the machine running the phones it stays at 3 stars. They need to go back to old fashioned way to answer the phones.
