International Termite was recommended to me by a friend who is a realtor. I called and they came out to give me an estimate. For the scope of work being quoted, I felt I was given a fair price for fumigation and the repair of a window sill and the replacement of a side garage door. The gentleman they sent to do the repairs prior to the tenting did a great job. Royalty Fumigation was subcontracted to do the actual tenting. They arrived earlier than scheduled on Friday (they called to be sure it was ok) and got to work. Robert was the foreman and was very patient with me. He answered all of my questions and even found some things I forgot to remove. His crew was quick and efficient. I appreciated their use of lockout/tag out locks on the doors, which helped keep my home secure. The crew was back earlier than expected on Monday morning and were once again quick and efficient getting the tents off. They were very careful with my patio, just like I asked. They also made sure to replace fence boards that they had removed to fit the tents. My yard is once again secured for my dogs. International even took care of scheduling the gas company to come and turn the gas off and on, which was one less thing for me worry about. All in all, my experience with International Termite was very positive. Big home maintenance projects can be very nerve wracking, but Angela and her team did their best to make this as easy as possible.

I'm so grateful to have been recommended to International Termite Co. We've needed wood repair on a few areas of the exterior of our home for many years. Manuel and Pablo did an absolutely amazing job on it. They took extra care to make sure everything was done as well as it possibly could be done. Beautiful, highest quality work. I love looking at our home now! Several wooden beams had to be replaced along with some repair on a few other areas. They are extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, hardworking, efficient, professional, and such nice guys. Jim Cooper was very thorough and careful in inspecting our home for termites, and very honest in his recommendations. He was quick in providing an estimate at a very fair price. We're so pleased with how well everything turned out -- absolutely beautiful job! Thanks so much to this awesome team!

Great service by the team at International! I had some wood rot damage on some of my eaves and fascia boards on the outside of my home. They did a fantastic job of replacing the wood and leaving everything looking perfect. Would highly recommend and all done at a reasonable price.
