They started on time as scheduled and Ray Villa was responsive in keeping me up to date on what was being done and finished on time as they stated. The finished work looked great and I'm very satisfied. Would definitely recommend them!“

“I hired Stanley and Andrew from Family Carpet AKA SKT America, through a referral from a mutual friend. He did some major work on our home. Knocked down walls, demo-ed fireplaces, recessed lights, replaced all doors, paint throughout, complete bathroom remodels, kitchen counter, sink, chandelier installation, semi-custom designed wet bar, and probably a hundred questions, emails, texts, and change orders. We had a few heated moments but he handled it all like the pro he is. I also would like to strongly recommend you speak with Andrew. He is an impressive young man who handles very stressful and highly demanding customers with poise and reason. Sincerely impressed with Andrew. For his age, he is quite mature and thoughtful. He gave some great suggestions and solutions to problems that made a whole lot of sense. We are 90% done with our project and they only have a few final touches left. The way they continue to communicate and follow through is spectacular. They won't drop you for the next higher paying gig before they finish your job. Believe me I know they have other jobs that are 2-3x more valuable than mine but they treated me very well. My wife and family could not be happier. I'm a fairly picky guy and so is my wife. Very detailed. They gave us a VERY fair price for the work that was required and especially considering the amount of attention that we needed. Strongly recommend these guys as highly ethical, genuinely caring of their customer needs, and as seasoned veterans. I hired them to do our home and someone else to do our condo. Believe me, at this time, I regret giving the condo job to the other contractor. PS - they have been in business a long time...decades but the reason you don't see more reviews is they get most of their work word-of-mouth.“

I can't count the time that David spent with me on the phone. I live far but was having a hard time finding a place that has a selection of samples for vinyl flooring. When I called, Carreras, they sympathized with me and spent time trying to understand what I was looking for. Since it's a long drive for me, David has the manufacture send me samples to my house . He didn't charge as long as he wasn't being charged .
His knowledge, honesty and patience is so much appreciated.

My house was originally bought with carpet in the dining room, living room and hallway that needed replacement. We knew that under the carpet we had cracks and would need to be repaired as well as tile installation.
