So I've tried to make an appointment and all they say it's only extensions being accepted. I've done my taxes here before but now I can't even get an appointment it's really mind blowing how they always tell me There not taking any appointments. How can you just not even try to squeeze someone in just a headache to me

ZERO STARS! THIS PLACE IS A LEGIT SCAM! DO NOT COME HERE! The positive reviews are probably from "friends" and "family" of the staff working here! First and LAST time coming here. Came here because I was looking for a professional business that would be honest and transparent about how they process the paperwork. However, after dropping off my paperwork they took like 3 weeks to get back to me on a possible finalized date to process taxes. To my surprise they send me an email so I can electronically sign and they wanted to charge me $400!!! Mind you I'm a part time college student whom was only worked part-time year of processing taxes! When I asked why SO MUCH? They said they would have Yessenia call me and get back to me. Yesenia NEVER called me. I called again the following week and still NO resolution on the issue. Frank told me it might be because Yesenia tried to submit extra forms on my behalf ? Which is not my problem I wasn't even getting back a huge return. I did not even give them extra forms or anything else they can add to maximize my return because I wanted to have an easy and fast process. After about 4 weeks of trying to contact Yesenia, regarding why they wanted to charge 400$, Frank got back to me and said it was a MISTAKE on their end. I wonder how many other people they overcharge "out of mistake"!!! Luckily I read everything before signing and was not ok with that price. I ended up paying $200 which is still insanely high, but did not want to spend any more of my time or energy on this place. I will warn all my friends and family of this SCAM place!
