Horrible products and very disrespectful people. They have no website, no social media, so I asked how am I suppose to trust your products if you have all these bad reviews. The kid who is apparently is the manager is a joke, he must be related to the boss because no way someone so incompetent can be a manager. He has no idea about product details and has a poor attitude when asked questions he can't answer. No wonder they have all these bad reviews. Stay away from this place to save your sanity.
DO NOT TRUST OR BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! We had gone and picked out our first homes cabinets and counter top and sink during the week oh August 17th we walked Bryan to the cabinet style we wanted and the counter top that we wanted . We made sure they knew what we wanted and of course they needed payment instantly. So we did , we trusted him and his mother and the business. . Our installation was supposed to be this last Friday the 26th and no show so we understand they were short staff so come Monday today !! They deliver the counter top. My in laws we're there to open the doors so they can install our counter top . I went during lunch to see everything and I get there and it's the WRONG counter top 100% . Not even in the same colors , I called the owner the mom and I told her hey your guys are here but it's the wrong color . She said oh they already cut it too late , I said what do you mean it's not glued and yeah they cut it but it was the WRONG ONE .she said well it's on your invoice " white galaxy's" I explained that how would we know what Brian put when he told us the one we wanted was " white galaxy " . I mean I don't work there how could I have known he didn't know . So I asked her as your customer are you asking me to keep a counter top that I didn't pick that doesn't match my kitchen and she said not my problem I don't know what you picked and just cut me off and rudely asked look do you want the guys to finish or not . She said I could go buy another counter top but no money back or a percentage or apology at best for the wrong counter top . It's like I had to baby sit there employees or her to have sent me the correct one . I mean we go out of our way , out of our savings to be forced to get installed a counter top we didn't ask for . IN NO WAY OUR FAULT!!! We didn't have any option but to be stuck with that top . I have never felt so bullied into something or with no options that benefit us . we paid good money for all our cabinets and sink now you sent a wrong thing and you says it's not your problem , let me tell you something IT IS YOUR PROBLEM . Your son added the wrong counter name or number therefore it's your responsibility that your customer gets what they picked / ordered . PLEASE DONT GO ! don't buy, they have mediocre prices so take your hard earn money elSe where . I went ahead and contacted a lawyer because this isn't right . I look at our kitchen and that's not what I picked with happiness and excitement it's what I was forced to get .
They sell you an item, but at pick up, they claim the no longer have the item. That's after taking a deposit and with no prior notification. That's wrong. That's bait and switch.
