I went here hoping I can get my neck knot removed or at least my lower back massaged to help with my pain so I called to make an appointment. Asked for deep tissue and 60 min. Lady said ok $45. I show up and they refused to see me. Three different ladies came out and stared at me and each said no hard message and no massage. I refused to leave since it's a massage place and they made me drive there for nothing. I asked why not? One of the three ladies come back and ask how much tip. I said I got the $45 and about $10 more. She said no, too little money go away. I had no choice but to leave. Why have certificates on the wall that says massage certificate but not do it and why have the prices on the counter top say $45 per hour it they want you to tip them over $20 extra and it doesn't disclose that??

I went to blue Angel massage in Norwalk, California, just walked in and was able to get in right away. this was my second time coming here, I left the first time I came probably about five years ago because they wanted me to pay for Tip before my massage which I didn't think was right since the tip is something you do after service. I chose to give them another chance and I chose the one hour massage. they ask you to pay ahead of time so for the hour it was $45 plus a one dollar credit card fee. The massage was great, really relaxing. At the end when I went to pay for the tip, I told them to tip five dollars and she made several faces before saying it wasn't enough and asked if $10 was OK but I repeated that I wanted to only tip five dollars again she gave me several dirty looks and said it wasn't enough and asked if $10 was OK. she did this 3 times before she then started speaking to someone in the back room in a different language and that person came out and asked me $10 was OK and again, I said $5. Then they proceeded to speak in a different language to each other and shake their heads angrily while talking aggressively. Again paid another one dollar fee for my credit card charge. And when I left, there was no thank you at all. I will not be back.

This used to be my favorite place to come for a massage. But they are literally idiots. I handed them an old $50 and they couldn't distinguish that it was real even after using the pen to check for its value. They simply said no. LITERALLY IDIOTS.
