“Very helpful staff, professional, times can be a little slow but compared to other urgent care they are extremely quick. Great non-insurance/ out-of-pocket prices too compared to other urgent care places. Nancy was extremely helpful too and helped me in avoiding missing my 72 hour TB test limit. Nancy, I wanted to buy you a Starbucks gift card but with what's going on in politics, wasn't sure. You got my email if you'd like a gift card or lunch!“

“I came in as a walk-in right when they opened and everything went great! The front desk were welcoming and helpful as was the entire staff. All checked in and ready to go with a wait of 10mins at most which was fantastic since its always a wait at other urgent cares. Huge shoutout to Nurse practicioner Samina! “I was referred to this clinic after having a bad experience with the first doctor I went to for a physical, and the contrast was night and day! The girls at the front made me feel very welcome and comfortable, really impeccable customer service skills from every employee. Dr. Eli Guzman was very quick to see and assess me, and even gave me an uplifting comment (the last doctor I had just come from made subtly fatphobic and misogynistic remarks, very uncomfortable experience) that I would make a great nurse. The experience was extremely smooth and couldn't have gone better. I just wish I lived closer so I could come here for all of my future health concerns! “Stopped in today for a primary care visit. Mary at the front desk was incredibly helpful with a problem that came up with our insurance. She went above and beyond, sitting on hold with and calling the nearly 5 different insurance lines we were re-directed about. I cannot say enough good things about her competence, perseverance, composure, generosity, and compassion. Doctor Barseghian came out to help and provide options as well as advice. I cannot thank the entire staff everyone from the Amazing and extremely professional Office Manager Yalda who is always there and goes above and beyond to make sure for any reason you might find yourself there you are taken care of, then theres the main DR who i owe my life to and when i say this believe me it is coming from a very deep place within me! Dr Hamid from the moment I walked in with a very sensitive issue he made me feel at ease not with fake promises but realistic expectations as long as i did what he advised and i did now closing on 6 years of having my life back thanks to this amazing place and its Staff. Anyone speaking negatively about this place or Dr Hamid or any staff members i cant speak on their personal experience but i can say this with the highest degree of confidence, Dr Hamid has never been anything but honest helpful has gone out of his way to make sure of my well being at any given time. Just having that comfort is such a blessing and such a big deal that i cant express in words. I waited all these years to post a review of this location for a reason. So if anyone is having any second thoughts or reading reviews that are not positive i just want to say please just go see Dr Hamid for any issues you or a loved one might be having related to "bad habits" i am a success story all thanks to Dr Hamid and his staff and Yalda is the sweetest the most caring person I have come across in this field so I don't understand the negative comments anyone is posting about her!
