Patrick and his team built my ADU from A to Z. They did the design and the building. Patrick himself was very professional and committed to the project. He made sure all the steps were getting done per plan. Their pricing was good, and they didn't have any major change orders. Did we have issues? Of course, I don't think you can have a construction project without it, but Patrick acted professionally and stayed calm and handled all. Great job, and thank you, Patrick. Hope to work on bigger projects.
