Thanks to Irina I got an amazing service today , it was definitely a tough correction but she nailed it ! I'm so happy with the outcome and the salon has many great hair products! Also Jaqline was so helpful she was highly educated with products and extremely nice . The whole vibe was positive and I enjoyed how spacious and nice the salon was.

Roya at the Ventura location is the best!!! Hands down. I've been seeing her for years and I trust her with my hair cut, highlights, and eyebrow waxes. She takes her time and is consistent over the 5 years I've been going to her. She has her own room in the back. I have my new boyfriend seeing her too for his haircuts, and he's never been happier. Worth every penny and I've been to a lot of high end places that charge wayyy more with worse quality. With all the money I save I'm able to tip her better and just tell all my friends about her. I own my own business and word of mouth is the best tip :))
