Solomon did our escrow inspection and then post-closing repairs and I could not be happier with his communication and the quality of his crew. He didn’t try to upsell (we could have literally replaced the entire raised foundation like some other companies were trying to push) and he also accommodated two of our last minute change orders (adding to the scope of work). While they were on site they were clean, organized, arrived on time, and friendly. I’m in the multifamily development industry so while we probably don’t have work for them at my office, I’m going out of my way to preach the good word to others. Really impressed.
