Disappointing Experience – Uneven Brows and Poor Response

I've been a loyal customer for eyebrow services here, but after my most recent experience, I won’t be coming back. I walked out with two completely different eyebrow shapes that didn’t even look similar. When I pointed this out to the staff, the response was far from professional. The lady suggested I wait a week for them to grow back and even suggested I cover them with my hair! If they couldn’t handle my brows, they should have been honest from the start. Very disappointed in the lack of care and professionalism. Never returning again.

My pictures speak for themselves. Just amazing and what a talent . Salon is adorable with Hello Kitty theme. They treated me and my 8 year old daughter like princesses. Now because these's ladies are so amazing you'll have to book in advance no walk ins . I promise you .... You won't regret it . Come for all your beauty needs mani , pedi, wax , brows , lashes they have it all

I've had the opportunity to collaborate with the owner, Sandy, for this salon. This hole in the wall is definitely a gem. Sandy has a great outgoing, positive, and funny energy that she shares to maintain an upbeat environment. And it goes without saying, her work quality is all around superb!
