2 + Years ago I researched a company to resurface my pools. I chose Skinner Pools for a couple of reasons, the length of time that they had been in business and a couple of referrals from past customers. They were efficient in their communication leading up to the work, they arrived on the due date, expeditiously performed the work and left the site immaculate. Roll on a couple of years and some awful looking black stains started appearing in the pool. I called Skinner and engaged with them, the owner Kyle came out to review the work. The initial review was inconclusive and he asked to come back to do some other work to find the cause of the pool. Without prompting his office made a date for his return, he promptly arrived and set out to find out the cause of the stain. Ultimately turns out that the stain was not related to their work and he has offered an acceptable solution to restore my pool to the original condition.It is not often that one finds a company that is responsive and is not defensive about their work. I am totally satisfied with my choice of a contractor to perform this work and would recommend their services to anyone.

My choice of who to renovate my pool and spa came down to two companies and I'm so glad I chose Skinner. The process included splitting the main drain, installing new coping and tile, replacing the main light, plastering and, as photo shows, refilling with water. I highly recommend this long-standing family-owned business.

We had our pool re-plastered in June. Kyle and Maggie was very responsive to all our question. I wasn't sure I wanted pebble tech because of the rough texture. They were very patient with my many questions and concerns. The project team and all the workers were friendly and respectful of our property. The pool turned out amazing. It's 35 years old and it now looks brand new! Couldn't be happier.
