I called about 5 different window companies and Sivan was the most responsive and the best price. Barak was my point of contact, and each time I reached out to him with a question or concern he was very quick to get back to me. He would communicate over text and email as well as give me a call if he needed any further clarity from me. He offered me the best price on Milgard windows I could find around town. Their install process was super easy. Their crew was very professional and clean. We had a somewhat small window replacement job, but will need more in the future and will be calling Sivan when we are ready. Super happy with the overall experience.
I got the Milgard slider and single French door that I wanted. I caused a bit of difficulty with the permit, but Vanessa came to my rescue and got the permit issue fixed quickly and efficiently. My initial contact person left the company and there was a bit of miscommunication as a result, but project manager Barak was always accessible and helped everything turn out ok.
Sivan has always been a great vendor for my business. They provide quick quotes that can be then translated into lead times and then a set schedule for vinyl windows. Their prices are great and their installations are always quick and professional.
