Very professional. He asked for pictures of what I suspected to be termite droppings before even scheduling an appointment. Once he saw that the droppings were termites, he scheduled an appointment within 2 days. Kevin arrived exactly on time. Although he identified the immediate problem quickly, he took time to do a thorough inspection of the house and gave me options. He also pointed out other issues I should be aware of that was unrelated to termites including a possible roof leak and broken sprinkler head.
