I met the owners at a men's health fair at my work. They had a booth so I was curious about what their booth was. Come to find out that they have many ways to pamper yourself and also rehabilitate your body from chiropractic services to massages and many more. I won the raffle and picked up my price at their office. They gave me a tour and I can say that they're clean, quiet, and staff friendly. I will be making an appointment as soon as I can and so I will leave a definite yes to this place. Also they take certain insurance coverage so just ask.
Self care is important to stay healthy. The chiropractor service, and the rest of the wellness services that R&R provides is exceptional. The chiropractor, massage, health & beauty services I receive keeps me away from taking routine meds for high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. It's easy to make an appointment, their hours works for people like me who works 8 to 5 . They make appointment reminders, which really helps with your busy day. The staff are very accommodating, they could help when parking is tight . R&R health, beauty and wellness is the true gem of San Fernando Valley.
You'll always have an amazing spa experience at R&R. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted all smiles by their very welcoming & accommodating front supervisors Jhemme & Luke. R&R offers a variety of spa & wellness services to choose from. The Black Doll Laser facial is my favorite, Gladiss is superb. They also have different infusions/injections to try on, suitable to target your needs. You'll never miss any infusions since their very efficient Nurse Happy is there for you. Highly recommended.
