Incredible dental care from Mid-Valley Dental Care for getting me back to healthy dental hygiene after one and a half year of search. We found our lifetime dental care provider at last! Without a doubt my best dental care expert ever since retiring from the US AIR FORCE. Synthia and Dr Lau are excellent examples who provide personalized services for each of their patients. Highly recommended dental care services!
My first appointment left much to be desired, where I was left confused and anxious but after expressing my concerns and the impact of the appointment, I went back in a few days later and had a much different experience. The dentist addressed my issues, made sure I was comfortable with everything going on in my mouth, answered all my questions and provided a safe space when the dentist can be an anxiety inducing place. I appreciate the time they took to work through the issues and provide good service.
This place is incredible. Great customer service and great atmosphere. It’s very clean inside and everyone is friendly. I enjoyed my first visit and I’m looking forward to the next one.
