BEWARE - NOT WELL RUN. Absolutely horrific experience with Massage Envy. Steer clear of this location. I signed up for 6 months and booked a massage for my wife on Mother's Day. The woman who signed me up said they typically call to confirm, but she would place a Do Not Call on the appointment because it was a Mother's Day gift. The owner of Massage Envy then proceeded to call my wife the day before Mother's Day to say they had double booked her Mother's Day appt and the appointment was canceled. Not only did she give away the gift, she offered nothing in return for also canceling the appointment. It was the owner who called my wife. Hello?! How can you count on appointment times you book when they are double booking customers? Buyer beware!
To your surprise, your appointments WILL be rearranged with other masseuse or cancelled without your knowledge and consent. This is already a huge indicator of how much the front staff and manager are careless, unprofessional and indifferent towards customers requests. The management may be short in staff but this is not an excuse to rearrange and cancel on their own people's appointments and requests!!! When it comes to the rooms, maybe it's about time to start vacuuming those dusty carpets and upgrade the very uncomfortable headrests so we don't have to adjust our faces during the whole session! For the massage, maybe one or two masseuse are acceptable, the rest are very average leaving you all oily and disappointed for the high price and the big expected tip. For the facial, the same, maybe one aesthetician knows what she is doing, the rest apply so much creams on your eyes making your vision blurry for the rest of the day! In conclusion, if you are looking for a merely 40 minutes of relaxation, this may not be your happy place. All and all because of an incompetent front desk and a very average service.
It's the worst place you can ever get massage. $120 for an hour ? I wouldn't even pay $10 . Maria doesn't even know anything. She didn't even clean my body with the hot towel. They have the microwave in the room, but they don't use it . I got more street than getting relaxed. No wonder the reviews is so bad .
