My facial was great and the front desk staff were very kind, but this was the worst massage I have ever had. It was really just an aggressive skin rubbing. There was not a single moment that muscles were focused on at all. The masseuse just rubbed lotion into my skin for an hour extremely aggressively and at times painfully. It was really really awful. I am giving two stars instead of 1 because of my facial and the staff

Very clean, every one was nice and very professional. Lots of tech used like filling out your forms on iPads and therapists have iPads with your information as well as the tables electrically being able to raise and lower. Like others have said though, way too much oil is used and the massage is very light even if you ask for firm or deep tissue. If you enjoy very light Swedish massages for $130 then this place would work for you. If you'd rather have something that's more beneficial to your muscles I'd look somewhere else.

I only signed because they are near L.A fitness but quickly regret it. They just bill and don't listen to your needs or the day you want to come. No courtesy calls ahead of your appointment or text.I had a massage therapist harass me to help her other job. The manager does not bill my correct card and says that they my account is frozen. When you do get a massage they don't tell you it's a 60 or 90 min. They just schedule. After your massage the therapist leaves early and you still have time left. Not recommending at all.
