Lupo Rug Care is absolutely wonderful! I needed to have several area rugs deep cleaned - my little dogs aren't quite as well-trained as I'd like them to be. Gino, the delightful and experienced and knowledgeable owner, took all of my rugs to the plant, cleaned them thoroughly, removing all odors, and returned them to my home looking and smelling like new. Gino also had great thick and soft rug pads to put under my fresh rugs - I now feel like I'm walking on air! He and his staff were responsive, timely, and a pleasure to work with. I had a rug that was white and shag and we tried cleaning it our selves and our house keeps made it worse. I honestly wrote off this rug since it looked stained with dirt and didn't have the same fluffy feel from where it was vacuumed. We bought a carpet cleaner to try and clean it too. Lupo had not only cleaned it but renewed that fluffy feel. I would 100% recommend them. 10 out of 10 in terms of cleaning. I will use them in the future as well.
