Chad from Finely Finished Windows and Doors installed a new set of front door hardware that replaced a 34 year old set. He and his companion dis a fantastic job and since the new hardware did not fit perfectly, they adjusted it with the minimum of new holes. I cannot be more pleased. Kerri in the office coordinated everything and was super honest and helpful. This company is saved to my contacts.
We contacted Finely Finished to find out about replacing a side exterior door. Kerry and Chad were wonderful to work with and the door looks perfect! We would definitely recommend them and are very happy with our new door!
As you can see on other reviews, Chad is the BEST. He actually came out to our house few years back when we had backyard door lock issues. Chad came out, he looked around, and explained that nothing needs to be fixed but we just didn't know how to operate the door system. My husband and I were so touched by how kind and patient Chad was during the whole process and he did not even charge us a single dime. He said he is happy to help and he did not need any service fee. Who does that? So, we gave him a small tip for his trip and great work.
