Had an amazing experience at Empire. Drove 3 hours to get here because there are unfortunately no competent truckmount mechanics where I live. Mitch the owner is professional and helpful. I needed a TON of overdue service on my unit. Tim, the service manager is the best around. He knows his stuff like no one else! They worked late into the day, but despite their best efforts could not complete my long list of items to repair. Since they knew I was staying in a hotel, Tim and another tech came in unscheduled on Saturday to finish the job and get me home and back to work. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND Empire!!!
Mitch was who helped me, I called a week a go asking for a tool, they didn't have it at the time, but Mitch told me he will call me when it arrives I gave him my phone number and sure enough he called me, this was such a great experience because most places don't call you back. I was able to show the same day he called me to buy it. Thanks Mitch
The best customer service you can ever get fixing truck mounts and/or buying products. Mitch is super helpful and responsive and would do anything to make his customers satisfied. I highly recommend this business.
