For the attic spaces that were easy to access, E3 was quick and did a good job at my home in the bay area.For the one room we originally wanted insulated, it was a long and frustrating experience. However, Gabriel followed up with me afterwards to understand the concerns and ensure other clients would not have the same poor communication, and gave me a price discount.The first job didn't include insulating the attic above my kid's room because it was hard to access. Just had our attic insulated by Elite Energy Services in San Jose, CA. Generally the work went well and I think the team did a good job, but I have two suggestions:1) The truck our team used apparently has a couple of small fluid leaks and dripped oil of some kind on our paver driveway. I used detergent and water and some adsorbent to try to clean it up, but an oil blocking drop cloth should be used to cover the driveway before parking the truck on it. (Of course having the truck serviced to seal the leaks would also help.)2) The insulation is blown into the attic with a lot of air.
