Unbelievably rude. Walked in two years ago and was met at the door " Are you a client? "No" Then she cant see you! I called today ( on accident because I googled " tax preparerers near me" ). I simply needed a certain tax form. That's it. " WHO IS THIS?". Gave her my name..was IMMEDIATDLY cut off" I only talk to clients!"..and hung up on me. I looked closer and realized it was the same place as before..ugh. What kind of business practice is this? How does she even receive NEW clients? Quite frankly I pity the clients she DOES have.
