Officer Hermasillo, badge #1120 is completely out of control. There is NO NEED to LOUDLY scream and CURSE at someone with PTSD in a quiet early morning neighborhood for a minor traffic infraction!! This "Keystone Kop" needs some training on DE-ESCALATION before he one day hurts someone!!!! I've lived in the same house in this neighborhood since 1956, and have NEVER before encountered a TYRANT like this guy! And he patrols a SCHOOL! That's pretty scary....This clown took an oath to protect our rights, and he needs to treat the people who PAY HIM with RESPECT! What a HUGE embarrassment for your department AND our community!!!!!
